Hi, I’m Jess.

I'm the founder of Flow State Freelance Co., a collective I built to create freedom and flexibility for freelancers and entrepreneurs who want to follow a different path from hustle culture.

Starting as a virtual assistant and online business manager, I've grown to run a collective and team while continuing to serve my own clients.
