I’m Jess, founder of Flow State Freelance Co. I show up for two kinds of founders: six figure neurodivergent business owners who need VA/OBM support to keep growing without burning out, and new founders who want strategy support to build the right foundation from the start.
As a warm, creative, and technically skilled VA and OBM, I specialize in inbox and calendar management, copywriting, Canva design, tech and website support, branding, strategy, and backend organization. My work is rooted in structure, clarity, and a holistic approach that honors both your business and your capacity.
Since 2023, I’ve helped entrepreneurs build sustainable operations while mentoring freelancers as they build strong foundations of their own. My approach centers on inclusivity, compassion, and people over profit. When we work together, it’s a personalized partnership, with systems tailored to your workflow, energy, and long-term vision.
Living with chronic conditions has shaped how I approach business. I believe growth and rest can coexist. Here, balance and joy are not luxuries. They are part of the strategy.
